The inspection was booked within 5 working days and we received the report back immediately. The report was very thorough and informative. It was clearly laid out and the areas to be taken into consideration, were graded and categorised clearly with observations and recommendations of what needs to be done and the approximate costs of the work. He not only came to the property on short notice and on a weekend but once he found out our circumstances, he arranged it to be available the next day and had the report to us a day later. A quick response from Giles, who explained thoroughly whether the job one that he could complete. Giles provided a comprehensive report based on structural concerns along with an idea of costings, which was extremely helpful.

Although, I'm not sure exactly what the cost of a structural survey is as this is the only one I've sought... The price was fair compared to other quotes.

Giles was happy to discuss and explain in simple terms any finding that would be recorded in the report. He was happy to offer after report advice, if needed.
